Important Note for Faculty Workstation:

Please DO NOT SHUTDOWN the instructor or the student computers, turn off the MONITORS ONLY, upon leaving the lab!

 

 The old instructor's MAC workstation in EC66 has been replaced with a new MAC G4 which delivers better quality and performance. Please note the following special instructions and information for the new instructor-workstation.

1. The new workstation runs on OS 9.2 (operating system).

2. The CD ROM drive can ONLY be ejected by clicking on the open CD key on the keyboard situated at the top right hand side of the keyboard. See picture: CD Eject Key

3. There is no Floppy or Zip Drive attached to the machine.

4. Use only the "Premiere HD" to install new applications.; Do not use OSX, IBM6.0GB or Video HD.

5. There is no speaker attached to the workstation, please turn on and use the overhead projector's speaker to get audio.

6. Please do NOT change the monitor resolution which is currently set at 1024 x 768
