Database Advisory Board:

CHHD-IT also coordinates a semi-monthly meeting of the Database Advisory Board, a group of department representatives who gather to hear new developments and discuss various data processing policies affecting both or our colleges.

 

   

What Databases are available?

CHHD-IT supports the automation of many office tasks with applications available to employees of our colleges.

  • Master database assists in the colleges' academic data management and reporting

  • Budget database uses a "local checkbook" to support immediate access to departmental expense information

  • Part-Time Contracts reports college expense in hiring part-time faculty, teaching assistants and graduate assistants (limited distribution)

  • Inventory tracks and reports department equipment (limited distribution)
